This is a table topper that I made for my friend, co-worker and fellow hockey mom for Christmas. As you can see by the previous sentence she is many things to me but friend is first. This was made using a pattern called "Coming Home" from Camille Roskelley's book "Simplify". It is quick to make up using one charm square pack and quick is good during the Christmas crunch. I used "Fruit Cake" by Basic Grey for Moda.
A close-up shot of some of the fabrics. I love the snowmen! I used a fat quarter from a different line for the border but it co-ordinates well and then another fabric for the binding which was also in my stash. It was fun to make. She tells me she is worried that her cat will sleep on it. But that is what quilts are for right? Sleeping on or under. :)
